10 ways to celebrate

  1. Give your heart love. Take a walk. Your heart thanks you.
  2. Take a vacation. It reduces stress and reduces risk of heart disease.
  3. Try a new heart healthy recipe.
  4. Give more hugs.
  5. Volunteer in your community.
  6. Practice gratitude.
  7. Make adult valentines. Tell other’s they matter.
  8. Donate to your local American Heart Association.
  9. Buy “My Heart Book” for yourself or as a gift. Managing your heart condition is important.
  10. Say ” I love you” to important people in your life.
